Peter Stephens and Chris Lennon have combined many years of experience in event decoration and other event related fields to create Elegant Effects, Inc.

We are a Floral Design and Decoration company established in 1989 in Fairfield, CT, and we are dedicated to the creation of beautiful events.

Working closely with each client to understand their event, design ideas are prepared with the desire to execute the presentation of spectacular floral arrangement and decor. The size of the event is immaterial; meeting each client's specific needs is of the utmost importance.
